We have the ability to analyze the chemical composition of metal materials, mechanical properties, metallographic analysis, non-destructive testing, precision measurement, metrological verification, and product thermal test. The main products are FCCU gas expander, high temperature special valves and supporting actuators, DCU hydraulic decoking system, DCU coke drum bottom unheading valve and DCU coke drum top beheading valve and gas turbine. The specification of gas expander ranges from 2000KW to 33000KW. It is the manufacturer with the largest sales volume in the world, and its technical level is internationally advanced. Special valves have nearly 600 specifications in five categories, including slide valve, plug valve, butterfly valve, gate valve and actuator. It is mainly used in severe working conditions of petrochemical industry, as well as in coal chemical industry, metallurgy and other industries. The DCU hydraulic decoking system manufactured by our company includes decoking control system and various coke cutting tools, which can meet the needs of delayed coking units of different scales, and is safe, reliable and highly automated. In addition, we also have DCU coke drum bottom unheading valve and coke drum top beheading valve, which can provide specifications from DN700 to DN1500, and actuators can be electric or hydraulic, which are widely used in many refineries in China. HGT-7 gas turbine can be widely used in distributed energy, offshore platform power generation, onshore oil field power generation, vehicle-mounted mobile power, etc. HGT-15 gas turbine can be widely used in industrial power generation, distributed energy, offshore platform power generation and other fields.
