Hydrodynamic decoking system is used for crushing and removing petroleum coke in coke tower, which is the core system of delayed coking unit in refineries, mature and reliable, easy to operate, with low investment and operation cost. With the continuous improvement of automation, the intelligent hydrodynamic decoking system is safer and more efficient. It is a cyclic, intermittent operation production process. The system consists of decoking mechanical equipment and control system.

When the coke tower is heated to produce coke, the operator uses the program control system to open the top valve located at the top of the coke tower, the coke height detection device detects the height of the coke in the tower, and transmits the data to the hydrodynamic coke removing operation station, and the coke removing operator guides the operation of the drilling according to the measured data, and in the center of the coke layer, uses the drilling rig to drill a hole from the top to the bottom, and the high-pressure water conveyed by a high-pressure pump passes through the water line, the high-pressure hoses, and the drilling rods to the coke cutter, and the high-pressure jets are formed by the nozzle of coke cutter to cut petroleum coke using its powerful impact force. The coke removal operator monitors the real-time situation of coke removal and coke removal equipment operation through the coke removal status detection system and video surveillance system, and the drill pipe is continuously lifted and rotated until the petroleum coke is removed.

Open the bottom cover machine coke block through the chute into the coke pool. The coke towers of one furnace and two towers are used in rotation during the coke removal process. When the coke agglomeration in one tower reaches a certain height, the raw material is switched to the other coke tower through a four-way valve, and the coking and decoking process is carried out in turn.

The program control system programmatically controls the decoking process in the 1-pump, 4-tower of the delayed coking hydrodecoking unit. The system is mainly based on the de-coking mode of the local operation panel at the top of the tower, supplemented by the de-coking mode of the remote operation panel at the bottom of the tower. Video monitoring points are set for important equipment in the hydrodynamic decoking process, and the monitoring points are monitored in real time through the video monitoring system. The control system adopts PROFINET ring network redundancy, which can effectively prevent system downtime. The display terminal adopts DELL workstation, set up 1 engineer station and 1 operator station, the engineer station and operator station are placed in the coking engineer station, all the points involved in alarm and interlocking can be individually put in and cut out on the operator station. All points involved in alarms and interlocks can be put into and removed from the operator station individually. The operator station has the functions of on-site operation record, alarm and interlock record, and accident status record, which provides the basis for equipment management, accident analysis and treatment.
