Swing pneumatic check valve (Damping valve)
The swing pneumatic check valve of the catalytic cracking unit is mainly installed on the main fan outlet or supercharger outlet pipeline. It is a mechanical one-way valve with a damping mechanism, and its main function is to prevent reverse flow of the medium from damaging the main fan under accident conditions.

2. Product Characteristics
The valve body adopts a cylindrical three-way structure welded with integrally cast steel plates, the body formed a smooth flow line, so that the medium in the body flow smoothly, prevent erosion. The orifice plate forms a 20° angle with the cylinder body, and the surface of the orifice plate is welded with hard alloy D507 to ensure wear resistance and deformation of the orifice plate when the check valve is fully closed.
◆The valve body and valve bonnet are connected using a standard circular flange structure, with uniform stress and reliable sealing. In addition, the circular flange has a larger diameter, which is convenient for internal component maintenance.
◆The valve disc sealing surface is welded with hard alloy D507Mo to improve the wear resistance of the valve disc sealing surface. The valve disc and orifice plate can float freely, ensuring that the valve disc always fits the orifice plate when the valve is closed.
◆The valve stem is made of 20Cr13 alloy steel forged structure, which adopts clearance fit with sliding bearings. The valve stem adopts a through shaft structure, and both ends of the valve stem are connected to the oil cylinder and cylinder with keys.
◆The swing pneumatic check valve is a double output shaft structure, with a heavy hammer installed at the shaft end to balance the weight of the valve disc.
◆The control part consists of a single acting spring cylinder and a damping oil cylinder, which assist in opening the valve and provide damping when closing the valve, ensuring smooth and impact free operation of the valve during the closing process.
3. Introduction of achievements
◆The swing check valve has been applied in major refineries such as CNPC, Sinopec, and local refineries, with smooth opening and closing and stable operation.
◆The new swing check valve has been applied in the catalytic cracking unit of the Atyrau Refinery in Kazakhstan (5 units).
